Hello all, my name is Tim and I am a former Corporate HR Director in the Automotive Services industry. I have held several HR roles over my 25-year career and have continuously advanced my career and business acumen.

In May of 2020 I executed one of my bucket list goals which is to start my own business and established Bauer’s Lawn Care (BLC). We enjoy making a difference servicing our customers and we love every minute of it.

 

Our entrepreneurial spirit and business strategy are based on value-add services, being customer-eccentric, flexibility, reliability, and continuous improvement.  The business is registered, licensed, insured, and it’s successfully growing with the support of my team.

 

Bauer’s Lawn Care has grown in the short amount of time due to our strategy and commitment. We have invested in commercial equipment, aligned with mentors, developed relationships with customers and vendors, established financial systems and processes, marketing, and continue to learn the trade each day.

 

My wife and I and our two kids moved from Cincinnati, OH in August of 2016 and have settled in Waxhaw, NC and love the area.
